These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 999f platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the 999f website and all associated services.

999f is an online sports betting and casino platform designed for Bangladeshi users. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 999f, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all related accounts may be closed immediately and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to keep all information provided at registration true, accurate, and up to date. If any of your details change, you must notify our support team immediately. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, contact us immediately. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.1 Age Requirement

The 999f platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from using gambling or betting services. We may request valid identification at any time for the purpose of age verification.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of the account verification process, we may request any of the following documents:

• Certified copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka) — for any payment method. Contact the support team for information on maximum deposit limits. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit — exceptions may apply in certain special circumstances.

4.4 Transaction Errors

For any issues relating to transactions, contact our support team immediately. If a deposit or withdrawal is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, 999f reserves the right to correct the amount.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

999f offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled. Wagering will only be counted when bets are placed on eligible game categories using the bonus — certain games or bet types may be excluded.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

The VIP programme, weekly cashback, and other promotional offers may have their own terms. The specific terms of each offer will be communicated at the time of the promotion. 999f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless the bet was incorrectly registered due to a technical issue. Please verify all details before placing a bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event is cancelled before its scheduled time or remains incomplete, the handling of the related bet will be determined in accordance with 999f's betting rules. In general, the original bet amount will be refunded in such cases.

6.3 Technical Errors

999f reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or inconsistent results caused by software or network errors. In such circumstances, the original bet amount will be returned to the member's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other automation tools
• Colluding or coordinating with other members when placing bets
• Using a false identity or another person's identification documents
• Operating an account using third-party funds

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

11.2 Closure by 999f

999f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Suspected money laundering
• An order from a court or regulatory authority
• Provision of false information

In such cases, any decision regarding the balance during the period of account suspension will be made based on the outcome of the investigation.
